Accessibility Statement for
Aisle & Vow
At Shalene Kearney Aisle & Vow Ceremony & Coordination, I am committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for every client. My goal is for all visitors to be able to access the information on this website with ease and to feel supported throughout the planning and coordination process.

Commitment to Digital Accessibility
I strive to ensure that my website is accessible to people of all abilities. This includes working toward conformance with widely recognized accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). I regularly review the site’s structure, content, and features to improve usability for all visitors. If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using this website, I encourage you to reach out so I can address the issue promptly.-
Physical Locations and Meetings
I do not operate a public physical office. Client consultations typically take place in mutually agreed‑upon public locations—such as coffee shops—or may be conducted virtually when appropriate. Because these meeting spaces are not owned or controlled by Aisle & Vow, accessibility features may vary by location. If you have specific accessibility needs for an in‑person meeting, I welcome the opportunity to discuss them. I will make every reasonable effort to meet in a location or format that supports your comfort and access needs.
Wedding Venues and Event Spaces
Ceremonies, rehearsals, and receptions are held at venues selected by the couple. These venues are independently owned and operated, and therefore their accessibility features are outside of my direct control. However, I am committed to supporting clients in understanding accessibility considerations and, when possible, coordinating with venues to help ensure an inclusive experience for all attendees. If accessibility is a priority for your event, I am happy to assist in communicating with the venue or identifying considerations during the planning process.
Known Limitations
While I strive to make this website and my services accessible to everyone, there are some areas that may not yet be fully optimized. These include:
-
Third‑party tools and integrations, such as embedded forms, maps, or scheduling platforms, which may not offer full accessibility features.
-
Occasional gaps in website accessibility, such as missing alt text or minor formatting inconsistencies, which I am actively reviewing and improving.
-
Meeting locations not owned or controlled by Aisle & Vow, including coffee shops or other public spaces chosen for consultations. Accessibility features in these locations may vary.
-
Wedding and event venues selected by clients, which operate independently and may have differing levels of accessibility. I am always happy to assist in communicating accessibility needs to venues whenever possible. I am committed to ongoing improvement and welcome feedback that can help create a more inclusive experience for all visitors and clients.
