For full planning services, 8-12 months is ideal, though I've successfully coordinated weddings with much shorter timelines. For month-of coordination, 2-3 months minimum allows proper preparation. Officiant services can often be arranged with shorter notice.

To give you the best possible experience, I don’t take on both roles at the same time. If I’m serving as your planner or coordinator, my focus is on managing the flow of the day, supporting your vendors, and handling any unexpected moments behind the scenes. Officiating, on the other hand, deserves its own full attention, so your ceremony feels meaningful, present, and truly centered on you. In rare or emergency situations, I can step in to officiate if needed. Otherwise, I’m always happy to recommend a trusted officiant so you have dedicated support in both roles.

Month-of coordination includes final vendor confirmations, becoming single point of contact for vendors, coordinating with them, detailed timeline creation for you and all your vendors, rehearsal direction, and full wedding day management. I handle setup oversight, keep events on schedule, manage any issues that arise, and ensure smooth transitions throughout your celebration. And more...
